PERO, kaninang umaga, malinaw na sa akin na sya ay katulad na rin ng mga pulpol na pulitiko natin. Ang takbo ng kanyang pananalita ay lubhang taliwas sa kanyang position. Malamang, napanood at napakinggan din ninyo sya kanina. At ang mga sinabi nya ay madali lang intidihin, di na kailangang dumugo ang ilong at di na rin kailangan pang pag isipan pa.

He cited 3 who allegedly want him removed from office because of their supposed hidden agendas.

He said the first person wanted to stop the distribution of the Hacienda Luisita to landless farmers in Tarlac. He earlier accused Malacanang, especially the President’s allies at the Liberal Party, of planning his ouster from office after the Supreme Court decided to distribute to the farmers the sugar estate in Tarlac.

He said he is also a roadblock to a person “who really wants to be vice-president but lost in the election in 2010.” He did not name the LP’s vice-presidential bet, Mar Roxas, who lost in 2010 to Jejomar Binay.

Finally, he said he is opposed to a person whose ambition is to become chief justice.

“Sila pong tatlo ang nagsasabwatan para mapatalsik ako sa pwesto,” he said.

Of course, pwedeng sabihin na tao lang si CJ Corona. At bilang tao, tumpak na sabihin na sya ay nasasaktan din at dapat lang na sya ay lumaban at ipagtanggol ang kanyang pagkatao at dignidad.

Wala akong problema doon. Pero dapat nating pansinin, hangga ngayon ay di pa rin sya nag pa file ng leave of absence sa Supreme Court. Ibig sabihin, ang bawat kilos at mga bibitiwan nyang mga salita ay hindi bilang si “Corona” kundi bilang isang SC Chief Justice Corona.

At dahil dyan, karapat-dapat ba o hindi sa isang punong mahistrado na personal maglahad sa publiko ng isang conspiracy theory at mag akusa ng mga tao? Di ba ang mga ganitong pananalita ay sa bibig lang ng isang mamamayan na di tinaguriang Supreme Court Chief Justice na laging binabanggit ang Rule of Law? Di ba dapat ang kayang disposisyon bilang mahistrado ay mas mataas kumpara sa isang tagapag-ulat ng tsismis o katulad ng isang pulpol na pulitiko na kahit ano sasabihin basta nakaharap sa mikropono?

Yes,  you read it right. It is like your parents’ never-ending words when you were a kid going to a  neighborhood children’s party.

Is it not ironic or perhaps stupid that  I tell you to behave during party time considering that you are no longer a kid?

The answer is yes and the answer is no but please don’t ask me why? lol

At this time of the year, parties are all over the place and I presume (as I always do. hehehe ), no one will dare  say that parties are a waste of money and time even if there is an economic problem, personal problem or whatever. After all, this is the season to be merry and happy after those long days of hard work. And, it’s Christmas time – period.

Obviously you know exactly what I am talking about – office parties.

Yes, office parties where the bosses down to the lowest ranks are given the chance to relax and unwind after working like donkeys for months. Although they are called parties, they are  still not the usual parties or  the real ones that we commonly know. The simple reason is that the company foots the bill and the people you party with are not exactly your personal friends, although perhaps few of them are.

These parties are also different as they may UNDO you when you forget to BEHAVE and you go astray. The professional image you’ve been trying (hard) to project for years may at an instance be shattered before everyone present in the party. The worst thing for you is that at the end of the day or when the party is over, you realize they are still the same people you have worked with for the past many years and the same guys you will mingle with for the next days to come. They are, after all, your bosses, your office-mates or your subordinates – unless of course it is your last day of work. Lol

I remember well when I was still working in the Philippines. We had a Vice President who was considered to be the most gentleman of all, the nicest, the most respected and the ‘crush ng bayan’ officer that ever lived in my company’s universe. He had our high regard until that one instant in his life when he had one drink too many and he became the most ‘maniac ng bayan‘ officer that ever worked in the company.

Although, he apologized for what had happened but things were never the same again. The label stuck with him and it evolved from maniac ng bayan to  MnB, Mannix and The Man.

Then, there was this very beautiful, prim and proper and very intelligent office-mate. And boy oh boy, she was the girl you’d want to be even in your dreams. Just like the The Man, I mean the VP, she lost count of how many cheers and kampays she had made. Lo and Behold, on that x night of Christmas, WE saw The Gift, which Santa had kept for the naughty and nice.  And SHE not SANTA made our wishes come true. ha ha ha

I can cite more situations, yet the whole point here is, you are in an office party and you need to restrain yourself. You may enjoy the party but you don’t let go and ‘let it all hang out‘ as if it’s the end of the world – sa heaven or sa hell walang alak or beer.  In other words,  you need to remember the word, BEHAVE, just like when you were told as a kid.

When you don’t, think about this.

When those ‘moments of their lives’ happened, the so-called digital world and the Internet were not as extensive, as fast and as easily accessible as it is today.

Nowadays, every event in your life is, in most occasions, recorded in digital cameras and then posted on Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. Hence you cannot claim that whatever transpires in these parties is just a “figment of the imagination”. The truth is, everything is real, and there is proof.

Now, just imagine this.  What if it is you who would have this moment during this time of the year  in this digital world of ours?

Well, you are just like every human being enjoying the party, the office party, right? True, but then chances are, when you snapped, somewhere, somehow, someone will have it in HD and without you knowing it, it goes viral and you become an Internet sensation.

So, would you let go and let it all hang out and forget the word ‘BEHAVE’?

Oh, one more thing, don’t drink and drive. But that’s a totally different thing.

I came across your blog somewhere over there (ask me not where, just consider, there!). At first I was excited. Then, I was hooked and now, I have got no idea. Your blog is just there.

Butt (to borrow your somewhat funny but stupid substitution of butt with but), don’t get too excited about the word excited and hooked. I am always like that — got few words in my head to use in describing my thoughts.

Going back, I was excited in a way that I thought I found another blog that is crap. Unfortunately, I later found out that your crappy blog entries have got some sense, the reason for which I got hooked. I love reading nonsense. But then reading more entries from your blog,  I had to assure myself that I really love nonsense and that’s the reason why I have got no idea where I am at right now.

I do not want to flatter you so I would rather keep quiet ass to which or what entry has sense.

Just the same, and in order not to deflate your ego, your crappy blog has plenty of errors. Again, I would rather keep quiet ass to which and where all those errors could be found. It is your blog, and so it is your problem, not mine. bwahahahaha!

Nevertheless, I appreciate your time writing here and there. It just shows, you have plenty of time to waste and that makes me happy coz it justifies my wasting time (reading your blog) as well. I am not alone. Reading your blog somehow proves that I really love nonsense.

My detractors and readers (do i have alot? hahaha) want to relay to you how terribly right you are. Yes that’s coming from the bottom of their guts. Unfortunately, they are all puzzled and confused as to what you really want to say. Really. They all want to see not just a double talk but also a clear statement saying that my blog sucks and I write crap and the worst blog ever.

Honestly, this blog does not mind the words crappy blog entries, nonsense, lots of errors and other negative words. They don’t affect me either. Why? If you have read what is written on top,  the other side blog of myepinoy. Keeping you disconnected, disoriented… and I call this blogging, this blog has no other intention but such. It is what it is and as you can see, it has not deviated from it,  (just a bit maybe) – clear and truthful (???) from the start. If you would allow me to brag, your letter just proved it. You wrote it exactly the way I wanted it to be – nonsense.

BUTT,  Nonsense is actually an understatement. LOL

I too admire you. You have what it takes to understand, love or hate this blog. I wish your kind would multiply faster than any other known species on earth. Then I would have a chance to become famous and perhaps you too and the rest who love nonsense.

And typical of the televenovelas that we Pinoys have had to endure or enjoy for years, the bida and the kontrabida are doing what they are supposed to do – ACT. The carefully worded statements on media (of course) directed at us viewers, delivered with so much passion and great emotion, perhaps to gain sympathy or empathy (look, I am pitiful baby.), to raise our emotions, to tickle our brain cells, just in case they do function that way (hahahaha) are pasted everywhere and we are now in it, amused or otherwise, watching the shift of fortunes, just like in the Gulong ng palad.

As it was then and as it is now, it is very clear that everything changes. The then powerful family who stayed in power for nearly nine years (or more) is just like the many  men that lived, died and had fallen (including Manny Pacquiao although not dead yet. lol) and as always, at a certain point, had to struggle as  tricks usually ran short hence,  losing invincibility is a certainty. With it, comes the realization (I just assume,) that being in that powerful tower of power  is just a temporary cloak that covers human frailties, change,  good or bad has to take its place.

Perhaps, the gods went crazy and the universe conspired,  set the condition for harvesting what  has been sown.  Probably this is a simple case of karma, the ‘basura mo babalik sa yo’  thing or simply, that which they normally say, ‘what goes around comes around.’ After all, there is a shape called circle and in it, there is always an angle or place where every turn of events  are happening or where it is bound to happen. At this point, a 360-degree turn is at full view of everyone.

Life is good and life could be a piece of shit and it always depends on which situation one is  in. Being in any of that circumstance is either a poetic justice or simply an irony of being alive. Again, just like in most telenovelas, the tensions always build up, much more intense than the previous one because the actors changed roles. Sa dami ng mga manunulat at style ng pagsulat ng istorya, ang bida noon ay nagiging kontrabida ngayon and vice versa.

So what?

Okay, let me.

Let me just focus on one of the main characters of this unfolding telenovela. The one who is at the thick of the airport scene? The one who is now in the frame of your screen? The one guy who is GMA’s light and shining armor? That one you either love or hate but could not be named.

The man.

And because he is the man of the moment, let us dwell on what he is barking about at this point. Forget the props and the hullaballoo. Let us zero-in to that one piece of shit that this guy has just said. That one that caught my attention and that is:

As it is or as it was (whatever), I remember one good statement that was said long time ago which my brain could not remember who ever said it and it goes this way, ‘They are the gang of thieves!‘

Now, we are presented with two interesting if not compelling lines from one of the actors of this ongoing high drama brought to you by the Philippines Never Ending Story Productions and from the guy who I could not remember.

For  the year 2009,  the Corruption Perception Index says we were at 139th place along with Pakistan, Belarus and Bangladesh

For the year 2010, congratulations, we have had some kind of improvement compared to 2009′s rank. That seemed great but not that great because we are still or almost at the bottom at 134th. OMFG!.

Some people would say “at least” and so I say WTF! Butt, if that really is the case, then allow me to say something more stupid than “at least“. he he he

To countries like Bangladesh, Belarus and Pakistan who we shared the same wonderful spot, hello and how do you do? We are what we are.  Right?

To countries below us most notably Russia at 154, you are giving us some kind of pride. Thank you.

To countries that are on top of us and whose corruption perception index is much better than us like Uganda at 127th,  how come you did not join us? Teach us.

To countries like Mozambique, Tanzania and Vietnam at 116th,  you are really giving us shame. Do we really deserve it?

I could go on saying something more stupid than “at least” but that won’t do or change anything. It is what it is.

So, let me just guess.

I guess, some people would say that these reports may not be that accurate but then, even if we are half crazy,  can we and those “some people,”  say that we are better than Singapore and that we should also be in that number ONE spot?

The hell, no! Right?

But of course you or the  “some people” would say that it is stupid to compare us with Singapore but that basically is the point. We and the “some people” are part of the more than 90 million people who the crooks are screwing (up or down, or in whatever positions they love doing it) and toying around for the longest time but for some strange reason, have not done anything significant except telling ourselves that we have democracy and that we practice it with so much passion — we cast our votes and we kill each other before electing the same people fucking us, all the time. That’s passion!

Then after that, we let them have their passion. Greed!

And yet, we still ask why?  But really, we know why we are fucked despite the fact that we have almost everything from human resources that the government and other people love to fuck, to natural resources that most of us care to abuse along with the government and others who love to fuck it as well.

The ‘fuckiest’ thing about this is that we have so much to say about this and that and them, just like me, but we seldom walk the talk. We only exercise our mouth,  not our whole body to kick them out.

And so, as always, we are fucked.

And we seem to enjoy it, all the way.

oH sORRY, why on earth I started asking what’s going on in this world? The fact that in this post and everything that you will read below has got nothing to do with what’s happening to the world but myself. he.he.he.  So, I guess the right question to ask is:  what’s going on with me? But hell no, it’s not correct either. It must be (ito sakto), what’s wrong with me?  Not that I am sick or something. LOL

And Yes, I was amazed, I guess, the broker/agent sensed that but then  he felt that I am still looking for something else other than what he has presented to me.  And when the situation is like this, I knew, without a doubt, that he would say these usual lines:

What are you looking for in a house or a home? Tell us and we will help you in finding it.

My answer:  MONEY. That is what I am looking for in a house.

And yes again,  the real estate broker/agent did not expect anything like this. For a moment, there was silence (natamimi), then smile (of course, kasi simangot  is not allowed, hehehe) and laughter. “Yes sir, you are right! There is really no doubt in my mind that you are one ‘discriminating, intelligent, well-informed real estate customer/investor.” Ay Inulit. ha ha ha

But I know and I am sure that there were other adjectives or things running in the mind of the real estate broker/agent. Please do not ask me what? Ha ha ha.

Ikaw, You, what are you looking for in a house or home?

Some kind of  a lesson: It is hard to sell something if you do not know how to sell or if the customer is not capable of buying the thing you are selling.

In short,  do the K.Y.C. – Know Your Customer baby, just like the first rule of not getting into trouble with money laundering.  LOL

Just wanted you to know that I appreciate everything. I have enjoyed every moment with you just like the 30s, 20s and the 10s. I will miss all the great times but that’s life. Time passes by, it goes on,  not stopping,  not waiting for anyone. It moves ahead whether someone wants it or not.

Did that  really happen when the supreme court justices rendered their decision (7 – 4 vote)  that acquitted the accused on the Vizconde Massacre?

Perhaps yes and perhaps not.

The truth, however improbable, is that these aren’t emotional and dumb  people deciding on cases submitted to them. Because if they were, they could have used their emotions — wait and let Christmas and New Year pass  then issue their decision on January 18, 2011, as they had originally set. But wtf!, they changed their minds.

Perhaps they thought Christmas Parties will blow away whatever emotional things attached to it including the pressure from the earlier killing of Pnoy’s Truth Commision. The timing seemed right and it is easier to bet that in just few days, people would forget eventually  especially when (an overload of) fresh news of putol na kamay, wasak na mukha, sunog na bahay, deaths, rape, murder, and etc. occupy the headlines and TV newscasts.

Which, if I am correct, ang tawag dito ay two birds in one shot. I told you, these aren’t dumb people. (Tayo lang yata ang dumb…. hehehe)

So what does that leave on the platito? Definitely not mani. Kidding aside, I don’t know yet, but whatever it is seems to be improbable. Unfortunately, Mr. Lauro Visconde finds himself back again to where he was 20 years ago.

And as it was then and as it is now, the one truth that remains: his wife and kids were massacred twice (figuratively as they say) because our so-called justice system sucks.

Perhaps, reading and watching the news over the net got me asking. It got me (kahit sandali)  thinking.  And you know what? Paminsan-minsan, masarap pala mag-isip.  Really, it feels good and wonderful. lol

The news was out there, The Truth Commission (Executive Order Number 1) is dead. The Supreme Court has decided: It is Unconstitutional.

With its demise, the 20 or so corruption cases will be buried as well in the burial site called “We Wonder What Is The Truth?” without using a Backhoe or armed goons but justices votes.

With that decision, these cases would become part of the ever-increasing Philippines Wonders as The Trapos Perfect Shit On Pinoy Faces on a very clear day.

These include:

The $329-million national broadband network deal— the “Philippine National Broadband Network controversy” (also referred to as the NBN-ZTE deal) involved allegations of corruption in the awarding of a US$329 million construction contract to the Chinese telecommunications firm ZTE for the government’s proposed National Broadband Network (NBN) project.

The contract with ZTE was signed on April 20, 2007 in Hainan, China. After news about alleged irregularities came out, former President Arroyo canceled the NBN project in October 2007. On July 14, 2008, the Supreme Court dismissed three petitions questioning the constitutionality of the national broadband deal, saying the petitions became moot when the NBN project was canceled.

The P728-million fertilizer fund scam — this political controversy involves accusations that former Agriculture Undersecretary Jocelyn “Jocjoc” Bolante diverted P728 million in fertilizer funds to the 2004 election campaign of Arroyo.

The C-5 road controversy — Senator Manuel Villar, a real state developer and Forbes Magazine’s ninth richest Filipino in 2009 with a net worth of $530 million, was accused of using his power to realign the C-5 road project for the benefit of his companies. Villar earlier denied his involvement in any wrongdoing connected to the C-5 road project.

“Hello Garci” election scandal — in this controversy, a woman perceived to be Arroyo and a man said to be former Elections commissioner Virgilio Garcillano, discussed the alleged padding of 2004 election returns in favor of Arroyo. Their wiretapped conversations were later made public. The recordings of these conversations have been dubbed the “Hello Garci” tapes.

Ah, things really made me wonder and ask. I even had the courage to write them here.

What now? Bakit kaya laging talo ang Legal Team ni Pnoy? Sino kaya ang may problema, Si Pnoy ba, ang mga abugado nya o ang supreme court?

At bakit nga ba kailangan ng Truth Commision? If the government of Pnoy, his classmates, colleagues and friends has a case, why don’t they just file it in court – unless of course, wala naman talaga case at all.

Pero sa totoo lang alam naman natin na may kabulastugan, pero saan at kanino mo I pa-file?

In as much as we desire to really  know the truth,  I believe that it  is certain that there is a chance that we won’t know.  The only thing that is clear is that at this very moment,  we know for sure that  Pnoy’s legal team and the Supreme Court justices wrote on paper.  And me, I am glad, I chose the net.

There is one thing IRONIC about their acts though: those things they wrote on paper that could be an evidence of stupidity were paid for by Pinoys.

Mechai Viravaidya is the founder and chairman of the Population & Community Development Association (PDA), one of the largest NGOs in Thailand dedicated to poverty eradication. He is also well-known for his  Cabbages and Condoms restaurant.

In this TED talk he gives an amusing overview of how Thailand went from 7 children per family to 1.5 in less than four decades and a 90% reduction in HIV infection rates from 1991 to 2003.

P-noy must invite this guy to come over to the Philippines and help out with his Poverty and population programs.. Baka maka-enlighten siya sa pag iisip ng mga ibang tao sa ating lipunan most especially those people with brains molded in the dark ages and with mind-set stuck in the 1600.

So today is Monday.  Yes, A Monday!

Someone said that “an idle mind is the devils playground, and his name is Alzheimer’s.“

On the other hand, another someone said “Sometimes the most productive thing one can do is to sleep.” Perhaps this someone really knew Alzheimer well. Ano sa palagay nyo?

But then, what happens when you wanted to be productive, meaning you wanted to sleep but you cannot. Not because the devil, ah the Alzheimer I mean, is having a good time in your brain cells or not that you have insomnia or whatever but simply, the people in the environment where you are in have undergone a drastic lifestyle change where they make the day their night and the night becomes their day for a month or till the moon disappears.

What happens in the middle of the night when you are most sleepy,  you suddenly decided that once and for all, before going to bed, you must consider the itch to make the last connection to the world coz after all you only wanted to know what your daughter is up to. And so you checked her tweet, but then ‘Nagulat ka!” because your daughter wrote something that goes like this:  “will see dead people tomorrow. 20 of them to be exact. But for now, TULOG MUNA!“  Ha? What? Why? Then, before you panic and call home (siempre dahil nga nagulantang sa nabasa, ur not following, right? ang gulo, ha ha ha), your brain woke up and you thanked the universe because now you remember that you daughter is in medical school nga pala.  HA HA HA.

What happens when suddenly after watching the news, you remember that once or some time in your past, you wanted to be a TV reporter? Then you wondered, what could a sleep-deprived guy do to old news?

What happens when it is already dawn and you are still in that state of being sleepy (awake to be exact ha ha ha)? The construction work near your place has stopped, the noises of cars passing by the street are all gone  and the chatters of people walking are replaced by tweeting of the early birds. For yet another night, you lost 99.9% of your sleep and you wonder why?

I was thinking that indeed ‘I am’ because Ambrose Bierce is right: “Dawn: When men of reason go to bed.“  Really?

MANILA, Philippines – Former President Joseph Ejercito Estrada was rushed to the hospital on Sunday afternoon because of profuse nose-bleeding.

His wife, former senator and doctor Luisa “Loi” Estrada said there is no cause for worry.

In an interview with ANC, she said: “There’s nothing to worry about. Nagkaroon lang ng parang gasgas. His nose bled, that’s it.”

She said doctors are now checking what caused the lesion “but there’s no mass, so it’s okay.”

It was Senator Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada, Jr. who rushed the former president to the hospital.

Question: Papaano mo malalaman o masasabi na matanda na ang isang bading?

Answer: Kapag dumudugo na ang kanyang ilong (nose-bleeding)

That’s what I heard the other day from school kids and from my office-mate early this morning.

And I bet my two betlogs, you also heard that from other people of various ages and people from of all walks of life when confronted by a particular situation concerning numbers, be it simple or complicated. I guess, it is or it has become integral part of most people’s attitude in various societies to find something convenient to put their blame on especially on a FAIL situation.

It may seem funny or stupid but numbers are with us even before God put us in this world and even before we were born. But whether we love, hate or blame numbers, they are here to stay.

Remember it took God seven days  to finish His creation.  And, I am sure without shouting, we all know that 7 is also a number. Right?

Also, correct me if I am wrong, it took 2 people, 1 male and 1 female, to help one God (if you believe in that) in pro-creation. In that process, our parent, the 1 male and the 1 female,  had sex, one time or several times (only them knows) before we were conceived when two cells (one sperm and one egg) met,  out of the million egg cells waiting and a million sperm cells released from an act done, one time or several times during the day.

Please do not ask me why even simple calculation causes some people or a number of people to hate math or numbers. I might be tempted to write down a number of simple answers that at the end you will start counting how many times you have scratched your head in disbelief.

And yes, in disbelief, you might end up wondering how much hair fell when you started scratching which,  in the first place, you should have scratched something else other than your balding head.

Honestly, I do,  sometimes.

Ngayon po, 19 ng Hunyo 2010.

Marahil, marami o merong iilan sa atin ngayon, ay nakalimutan na ang araw na ito. Ito po ay araw ng aking kapanganakan. Hindi po naman ako nagdaramdam kung sakaling may mga nakalimot at di na alam ang araw na ito. Naiintindihan ko po ang kanilang mga sitwasyon. Lalo na sa ngayon, lubhang napakihirap na ng buhay at marami sa ating mga kababayan ang naghihikahos, walang makain, walang hanapbuhay, walang tirahang maituturing na tunay na bahay, dumarami ang walang pinag aralan at higit sa lahat, katulad din noon, di nag iba ang kalakaran ng buhay. Marami pa rin ang mga api at pinagsasamantalahan ng mga naghaharing uri. Nag-iba nga lang ang kulay, anyo at lahi. Hindi na mga banyagang Kastila kundi kauring lahi na dahil sa kasakiman ay nagagawang alipustain ang ating Inang bayan at pagsamantahan ang mga mahihina nating mga kababayan.

Maraming taon na ang lumipas. Maraming bagay na ang nagbago. Maraming kaisipan sa mundo ang ating sinubukan, ginaya at ginawa, pero ganon pa rin ang ating katayuan. Di pa rin nakakaahon ang karamihan sa ating mga kababayan at ang ating inang bayan ay nagdarahop pa rin. Mas masahol pa sa lugmok, nakabaon na sa umalingasaw na putikan.

Marahil di na nga angkop ang mga ipinaglaban ko noon. Marahil di na siguro matutupad ang mga pangarap ko sa bansa natin. Marahil ang tula na ginawa ko noong mga ilang oras bago ako barilin ng mga sundalong Kastila ay nagkaroon lang ng literal na kahulugan. Talaga yatang “Adios, Patria Adorada” (Farewell, Beloved Country) na.

Saan kaya tutungo ang ating bansa. Kailan kaya magkakaroon ng pantay na pantay na karapatan ang mga kababayan natin sa batas, sa buhay, sa oportunidad, sa edukasyon at sa maraming bagay.

Tulad din noon, wala pang nagbabago. Ganito tayo noon ganito pa rin tayo ngayon. Hindi man sabihin, pero marami pa rin ang turing sa atin ay alipin. Alipin sa ibang bansa, alipin pa sa sariling bayan, hindi ng mga banyagang kastila, kundi ng mga kauri natin. Buhay pa rin si Capitan Tiago, Fadre Damaso, ang mga prayle, ang mga kauri nilang mapang-api, ganid at sakim, mga batas na mapanikil at di pantay, sistemang di makatao at pabor lang sa iilan at mga buwis na mapanikil at nakakamatay. Iba na ang panahon, maraming taon na ang lumipas, pero ganon pa rin halos ang sitwasyon, iba man ang kulay at uri pero iisa ang ugali at kalupitan.

Hanggang Kailan kaya? Hanggang kailan kaya tatagal? Makakakayanan pa kaya?

Game Over!

Sa ngayon balik na ako sa aking trabaho. At sa linyang paulit-ulit na sinasabi ko halos taon-taon pagkaraan ng halos isang buwang balik-Pinas at balik-pamilya: ‘BACK TO REALITY.’ Argh!

At kung ako naman ay inyong tatanungin sa Ingles: ‘How was your vacation?’ — well, ang tugon ko ay mistulang litanya na rin na sa mahabang panahon ay sinasabi ko, taon-taon, paulit-ulit lang — ang walang kamatayang linyang ‘Oks na Oks!”

Pindutin para ipagpatuloy ang pagbabasa

Dang, it was cold and windy that morning. I was surprised that the weather here can be so crazy as well. I had thought in this part of the world it was easy to know: it is hot when it is summer, and it is cold when it is winter and that is it. Now, I could no longer tell. Climate change, perhaps. Or could it be I was the only one unaware of these sudden changes because lately I have been spending so much time in bed.

Instead of waking up early which I used to do, I have been cuddling my pillows and I suspect that while the sun was rising, I was snoring so loudly that the birds that used to come at my window and sing beautiful melodies got pissed off and flew away somewhere more quiet. And who knows what else had happened? One thing is sure though, my bed has so much affection for me and vice versa.

My friend and I played several sets, after which we went to the lounge to relax a bit. I was expecting libreng coffee with milk. I forgot I was in the sports facility of an expensive hotel and not in the bakala (store).
