What is…

Life is really mysterious. There are so many things that happened and are happening in the whole wide universe which our minds, the human mind in general can not explain. The truth of the matter is, we know just a little or perhaps, we really know nothing.

We may or may not find some clues but these are not the real things we want. Clues, as you and me know may lead to the answer or answers that we human beings seek to find or at least understand or just a thought of comprehending things. Deep inside us, we know there is something to it than just putting the word “mystery”. While the true answers are being sought, life goes forward, full of mysteries. And whatever that is, life is indeed great.

Suffice to say, everyone must “Live life!

Thank you so much.

Borrowed thoughts about life

Happiness is always a by-product. It is probably a matter of temperament, and for anything I know it may be glandular. But it is not something that can be demanded from life, and if you are not happy you had better stop worrying about it and see what treasures you can pluck from your own brand of unhappiness. – Robertson Davies

In the attitude of silence the soul finds the path in a clearer light, and what is elusive and deceptive resolves itself into crystal clearness. Our life is a long and arduous quest after Truth. – Mahatma Gandhi

Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less. – Marie Curie

Life is a long lesson in humility. – James M. Barrie

The only thing that makes life possible is permanent, intolerable uncertainty; not knowing what comes next. – Ursula K. LeGuin

In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life: it goes on. – Robert Frost

There must be more to life than having everything. – Maurice Sendak

The world is our consciousness, and it surrounds us. There are more things in mind, in the imagination than “you” can keep track of – thoughts, memories, images, angers, delights, rise unbidden. The depths of mind, the unconscious, are our inner wilderness areas, and that is where a bobcat is right now. I do not mean personal bobcats in personal psyches, but the bobcat that roams from dream to dream. The conscious agenda-planning ego occupies a very tiny territory, a little cubicle somewhere near the gate, keeping track of some of what goes in and out (and sometimes making expansionistic plots), and the rest takes care of itself. The body is, so to speak, in the mind. They are both wild. ” – From “The Etiquette of Freedom” by Gary Snyder

Drama is life with the dull bits cut out. – Alfred Hitchcock

There comes a time in every man’s life and I’ve had many of them. – Casey Stengel
